開催概要

serial experiments lainは、1998年にアニメ放送されて以降、25年前とは思えない時代を予見するようなストーリーで、今でも多くのファンを魅了し続けています。

テクノロジーとネットワークの進化により、作品に登場する「ワイヤード」は、これまで以上に現実味を帯びてきました。

この度、25周年を記念して「AI lain」に次ぐ施策として、serial experiments lainの不気味な世界観を追体験できる企画として、「Weird展　ようこそ、ワイヤードへ」を開催いたします。

エントランスでも使用しているキービジュアルは、今回オンライン展示会の開催にあたり、安倍先生に描き下ろしていただいております。

Since its broadcast in 1998, “serial experiments lain” has continued to captivate many fans with its story that seems to predict the future, even 25 years later.

With the evolution of technology and networks, the “Wired” depicted in the story has become more realistic than ever.

We are pleased to announce the “Weird Exhibition: Welcome to the Wired,” an online event where you can relive the eerie world of “serial experiments lain.”

For this online exhibition, we have asked Mr. Abe to draw the Key visual that you can see at the entrance.

2024年6月20日、日本時間夜20時にオープンしました。

こちらのリンクからワールドを起動し、アクセスしてください。

本企画はVRchat上で無料で参加することができます。PC単体、Meta Quest等のHMD単体及びAndroid端末からも入場することができます。

The exhibition will open on June 20, 2024, at 8:00 PM JST.

This event is free to participate in on VRChat. You can enter using only a PC, standalone HMDs such as Meta Quest, or Android devices.

不気味な通路 / Weird Corridor

アニメ本編から厳選された不気味なシーンを集めた空間。/ A space featuring a collection of weird scenes carefully selected from the anime.

ディスプレイタワー / Display Tower

PCで構成された巨大な3Dオブジェクトのスクリーンには、作中で玲音が出てくるすべてのシーンを集めました。/The screens of the massive 3D object made of PCs display all the scenes featuring Lain from the series.

通学路 / School Route

作中にも出てくるあの通学路を、不気味な影や電柱などと共に再現しました。/The school route from the series has been recreated along with eerie shadows and utility poles.

玲音の部屋 / lain’s Room

How to use

ブースに立って、フレームを選択し、STARTを押します
Stand in the booth, select a frame and press START

撮影が終わったら、この球体の近くで VRChat のカメラ機能で撮影すると、保存ができます
After shooting, you can save it by taking a photo near the sphere using VRChat’s camera function.
